Decided to do some inking practice for fun on something other than my own pencils. I found a Ryan Ottley pencilled page and had some fun inking it this morning. I'll probably finish it later. Hope you enjoy it.

Been inking some pages lately. Here is a Heli-mi-copter that I finished up. Using some air-ed out Black Magic ink, and Winsor-Newton series 7 #2 brush for all.

Excuse the haggard lines, its like only 4 inches by 4 inches.

Ha, big thanks to Neil for sending me this picture. Gus Vazquez and Rosario Dawson ran the art auction this summer at Heroes Con in Charlotte. This is a funny picture of Rosario recreating the pose of Silver Surfer that I drew. Unfortunately, as stated earlier, I had to miss the auction. So, it was really cool getting this in an email. Back to work! Neil you rock!

Sad day for the comic community as Mike Wieringo passed away. Was lucky enough to talk to him a couple times and have him draw this for me. Truly a nice guy and he will be missed.

Tried a couple of 10-minute-only sketches. The second one... well lets just say I went over the 10 minutes. Drat, was supposed to be like Rachel Bilson somewhat but not slaving myself to the likeness.

I do these to warm up before sitting to work on a page. More to come
